Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your HuntingCache account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

Open HuntingCache and go to Account Settings → Delete Account. Review the notice and confirm the deletion request. This is the fastest way to initiate account deletion.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email tacklecache@gearscopehq.com using the email address associated with your HuntingCache account. Use the subject line HuntingCache Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your HuntingCache account profile and authentication association;
• inventory items, quantities, containers, and storage information;
• photos, barcodes, specifications, notes, and other item information;
• hunt records, optional locations, observations, and harvest information; and
• other user-created HuntingCache content associated with the account.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten. Retained information will not be used to continue providing the deleted account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your HuntingCache account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel the subscription through your Google Play or Apple account to prevent future renewal charges.
